About me

Hi, I’m Joe Beniza—some of you might know me from my Wattpad days as DashCaelum. I’ve been writing stories since 2016. It started as a way to encourage my partner (now wife), Tina Lata—who some people might know as blue_maiden, the author of the hit novel The Four Bad Boys and Me—to write again. Yes, there was a time when she didn’t feel like writing anymore. It turned out to be a success for both of us. As she started to write again, I also discovered that I loved doing it too. I’m now a published author with two books out in the world: Until I’m Over You and Grims Do Fall In Love.
I’ve always been drawn to stories with that anime-style energy—big emotions, fast-paced action, humor, mystery, and a touch of magic or the unexpected. You’ll find a mix of genres here: romcom, action, fantasy, and mystery—because I write what I love, and I hope you’ll love it too.
